You send us a screenshot of a delivery order. We read the numbers on it and show you what the order cost above the food subtotal. That is the whole service. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
If you are under 18, you may use this only with a parent or guardian's permission.
We report what is printed on the screenshot you sent. We do not claim any restaurant or delivery platform overcharged you, and a higher total is not by itself evidence of wrongdoing. Restaurants set their own prices on delivery apps, and fees pay for real things. Where we show a comparison against a restaurant's own listed prices, it carries the source and the date it was checked. Where we show an industry figure, it is labelled as an estimate.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or consumer-protection advice. If you think you were charged incorrectly, take it up with the app or your card issuer.
An AI model reads your screenshot and it can misread things. We check that the numbers reconcile and we suppress a result we cannot stand behind, but we do not promise any figure is correct. Do not rely on it for anything that matters financially, and do not present it as an authoritative record. Tell us when we get it wrong; there is a button on every report.
You keep whatever rights you have in what you send. By sending it you confirm you have the right to send it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to store it and to use it to operate and improve the service, including as training and test data, and to produce aggregated and de-identified pricing data and statistics. Our privacy policy describes this in ordinary language.
Do not send us other people's personal information, anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
Send your own delivery screenshots. Do not automate or bulk-submit, scrape the service, probe or interfere with it, resell or redistribute the output as a data product, use it to build a competing service, or deliberately run up our costs. We cap usage per phone number and per address and may refuse or limit anyone.
An account is optional and free. One person per account: keep your sign-in links and password to yourself, because anyone holding them is you as far as we can tell, and what they do with the account is on you. We may disable or delete an account that is used to abuse the service, to run up our costs or to break these terms, and we may delete accounts that have gone unused for a long time. Deleting your account, by you or by us, removes what it holds about you; the reports follow the normal retention.
Report links are unguessable but anyone holding one can open it. Sharing a link is your decision and your responsibility.
This is a free service and we may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, without notice, including deleting reports. We do not promise it will be available or uninterrupted.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Got Forked, the company that operates it and anyone connected with it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any amount you were charged by a delivery app or restaurant, whether or not we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as the law allows.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Got Forked, the company that operates it, its members and anyone working with it, from any claim, loss or expense including reasonable legal fees, arising from what you send us, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules, seated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. If the class waiver is unenforceable, this arbitration clause does not apply to that claim. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the service by emailing hello@gotforked.com with your phone number and the word OPTOUT.
If you text a screenshot to 1‑888‑394‑3675 (1‑888‑394‑FORK), you are asking us to reply, and that request is your consent. You start every conversation; we never text first. One short acknowledgement for each message you send, then one reply with the result for that order. No marketing, no recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is set out in full at gotforked.com/text.
DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and other names are trademarks of their owners. Got Forked is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any of them. We name them only to identify which app a screenshot came from, which is nominative fair use.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes and material changes get a notice on the home page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between us. We may transfer these terms to a buyer of the business; you may not transfer them.
